The HPG Performance System Vision becomes allocation. Allocation becomes proof.

Marc Theiler's accountability method

Make the calendar tell the truth.

Ambition becomes credible when your hours, repetitions, recovery, and weekly evidence point toward the same destination.

The doctrine

Desire is not yet a system.

The Vision establishes direction. The Big Five names the work. The Quad allocates the waking day. Daily Proof records what happened. The Weekly Reckoning turns evidence into correction.

A goal that never reaches the calendar remains fantasy. A calendar that is never reviewed becomes theater. HPG closes the distance between the man you intend to become and the work you can prove.

  1. 01

    Vision

Define the long, middle, and near horizon with enough precision that the destination can govern today's choices.

  2. 02

    Big Five

Name the five repeated disciplines with the strongest causal relationship to the outcome.

  3. 03

    The Quad

Protect sixteen waking hours in four blocks. Give the most important work a visible claim on the day.

  4. 04

    Daily Proof

Plan in half-hour increments. Record the actual. Link each meaningful block to the goal it served.

  5. 05

    Weekly Reckoning

Compare stated activity with reality, score the week, and make one deliberate correction.

Performance pathways

Your arena changes the work.

The governing method remains constant. Select the arena that best describes your present season.

Development season

Earn the level before asking for the title.

Build the technical proof, physical base, competitive judgment, and personal reliability that make the next opportunity rational.

The mandate

The craft must own a serious share of discretionary development time without using ambition as an excuse to neglect school, health, or family obligations.

Example Big Five

  1. Deliberate skill repetitions
  2. Strength, speed, and capacity
  3. Practice or competition
  4. Film and tactical study
  5. Sleep and recovery standard

HPG curriculum

Identity and process goals, coachability, technical development, food-first nutrition, recovery, pressure skills, exposure decisions, and the transition from prospect to professional habits.

The athlete standard

Food first. Evidence next. Hype last.

The athlete does not need another pile of tricks. He needs a governed performance system that protects the fundamentals and tests every addition against evidence, safety, eligibility, and actual response.

01

Craft

Technical repetitions, tactical understanding, decision speed, competitive exposure, and feedback from qualified coaches.

02

Physical capacity

Strength, power, speed, mobility, conditioning, and load matched to the sport, position, age, and season.

03

Recovery

Sleep, fueling, hydration, pain and injury management, travel strategy, and the discipline to adapt when readiness changes.

04

Performance mind

Process goals, imagery, useful self-talk, arousal control, attention resets, routines, and honest post-performance review.

05

Nutrition

Sufficient energy, protein, carbohydrate, micronutrient variety, and practical timing before any supplement enters the conversation.

06

Experimentation

One clear question, a safe and permitted intervention, a measure that matters, and a stop rule. Novelty is not evidence.

The performance experiment gate

Six questions before you add anything.

  1. Baseline: Are sleep, food, hydration, training, and recovery already consistent?
  2. Purpose: What exact problem is this intended to solve?
  3. Evidence: Does credible research support this use, dose, and population?
  4. Safety: Has a qualified sports medicine or sports nutrition professional reviewed it?
  5. Permission: Is it permitted under the rules that govern your sport right now?
  6. Proof: What will you measure, and what result will make you stop?

Athlete safety boundary. HPG does not diagnose, prescribe, clear supplements, or replace a qualified coach, physician, athletic trainer, psychologist, or sports dietitian. Athletes subject to anti-doping rules remain responsible for every substance they use. Check the current rules and the specific product before use.

01

Direction

The Vision

See the destination precisely. Describe the man, the result, the environment, the standard, and the evidence that will tell you it is real.

The clarity test

02

Priority

The Big Five

Choose five repeatable disciplines that matter most. Check each day only when the promised standard was actually met.

03

Allocation

The Quad

Eight hours of sleep leaves sixteen waking hours. Divide them into four commitments of four hours and make the true priority visible.

8 of 16 hours directly serve the primary objective. Marc's serious-aspiration benchmark begins at two Quads where the season and obligations permit.

04

Execution

Daily Proof

Plan the day in half-hour increments. Then record the actual without revising history. The distance between the two is instruction.

Correction

Weekly Reckoning

Do not carry a week forward without extracting its instruction. Name the greatest good, the biggest failure, and the correction now required.

The governing purpose

“The more you advance, the more you have an obligation to give back.”

Capability should make a man more useful. It should increase the quality of what he can build, the steadiness he brings to those he loves, and the value he can return to the men coming behind him.
